Gonzalo arrived at MÄO with a vision: a functional training centre in Vila-Seca where community comes first. He had the passion and the space on the horizon. What he didn't have was a brand, a strategy, or an ecosystem to turn that vision into a working business before September 2026.

Founding Members receive an exclusive merchandise pack, turning early adopters into walking ambassadors before the space opens. Not generic product. An extension of the identity.

The walls were still bare. The brand needed to be real. We used MÄO AI Studio to produce photorealistic architectural renders, giving the founder a tangible world to present, validate, and build desire around.

Launch Strategy

Free Saturday morning runs, open to everyone, no sign-up, no strings. People experienced the Tribu philosophy long before a space existed. Every runner became a potential founding member. Community first. Conversion second.
